Product Overview
The HM-QRF from HM Instruments uses Laskin nozzles to generate challenge aerosols for cleanroom and filter leak-testing work. An internal compressor supplies the air, while the nozzle selection and pressure setting control aerosol production.

Operation and Support
Keep continuous aerosol generation to no more than one hour, then stop spraying and cool for 15 minutes before resuming. After use, allow 20 minutes of cooling before disconnecting power. When using an 8 mm quick connector, keep the connected narrow-bore tubing within 10 cm to avoid excessive pressure. Fill and drain the aerosol liquid according to the operating procedure.
