Product Overview

The HM-JJ2 from HM Instruments is a peristaltic sterility-testing pump used with disposable closed filtration culture devices. It transfers compatible liquid samples through microporous membranes to collect microorganisms for subsequent incubation in sterility or microbial testing.

Operation and Support

Install a compatible disposable closed culture device and tubing, position the sample and receiving containers securely, and set the pump speed for the liquid. The stated membrane options are 0.22 µm or 0.45 µm; select the membrane and culture procedure for the test. Manage tubing and consumables as part of the sterile testing workflow.
