Product Overview
The HM-WX6B+ from HM Instruments uses negative-pressure membrane filtration to collect microorganisms from suitable liquid samples. Retained microorganisms are cultured and counted after filtration as part of a microbial limit test; the filtration unit provides the sample-preparation stage.

Operation and Support
Fit a compatible filtration cup and membrane, prepare the liquid sample and operate the selected filtration heads. Transfer retained microorganisms to the appropriate culture stage using the test procedure. Clean and sterilize removable components using a method compatible with the selected cup and filtration head; choose the cup type for the model.
