Product overview

The microbial aerosol concentrator is developed based on the Anderson impact principle. It consists of two parts: the impact chamber and the collection chamber. The impact chamber is composed of an impact plate and a receiving plate.

This product meets the requirements of the standard "GB/T 18204.5-2013 Hygienic Inspection Methods for Public Places - Part 5: Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems" and the hygiene industry standard "WS 394-2012 Hygienic Standards for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places". It collects air from central air conditioning systems and tests for Legionella pneumophila. The large collection flow rate allows the required particles to be concentrated in the sampler in a short period of time, avoiding the loss of biological activity caused by long-term sampling and improving the practicality of the sampler on-site.

Technical Parameter

The specially designed high-efficiency glass impact bottle capture device requires a high-flow sonic air sampling pump to capture airborne microorganisms (such as bacteria, fungi, pollen, viruses) and their byproducts, such as endotoxins, mycotoxins, and other debris, for further analysis.

The liquid impactor microbial aerosol sampler features three nozzle heads with tangent curvature, equipped with decisive or sonic flow orifices, each allowing 4.2 liters/minute of air to pass through, collectively contributing to a flow rate of approximately 12.5 liters/minute. It allows for effective capture of total or viable biological aerosols for over 8 hours.
